Dr. Mehran Emadi born in February 13, 1971, and assistant professor (grade 15), he received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) in 1995, the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) in 1999 from Azad University, NajafAbad branch, Iran, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering (Image processing) from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2013. His researches include semiconductors in his M.S. degree and image processing, computer vision, biometric applications in his Ph.D. degree period. He has more than twenty years of background in teaching at universities of Isfahan in the field of electronics and computer. Dr. Emadi was the electronic and computer research and development manager in Isfahan Shine company from 1996 to 2001 and held the position of executive manager of Poyandegan Naghsh Jahan from 2000 to 2006. Furthermore, he has been the president of Novin Sadra Espadana higher education institution since 2006. The above-named person has more than 30 papers in accredited international and national conferences and has also published more than 40 Articles in authentic foreign and domestic journals.
